I'm very sorry to bother you, but I think I finally found a way I could be of use!
It has come to my attention that many of you have caught Magikarp. Orange fish with yellow bits and mustaches that have no attacks. I implore you to treat these fish well, for they grow up to be very powerful! They're not useless, like me! I can show you, because I had one as well, and it evolved.
[So the dress-wearing pretty boy takes out his Pokeball, and after the traditional glow glow glow, out comes... GIANT WATER DRAGON.]
This is called a Gyarados! He is very powerful, and very scary looking. So if that is what you want in a Pokemon, please treat your Magikarp well. Sometimes things that appear to be worthless can actually be very helpful. Not like me.
